Connect the management picture
Bring production, hazards, supply, confirmed orders, CRM opportunities and logistics into related views with traceable sources.
A proposed AI-supported control centre connecting factory performance, people, knowledge and commercial commitments. Give managers a clearer view of what is changing and what needs attention.
Identify the three decisions your current reports make hardest.
When production, supply, CRM and learning data sit in separate views and emerging problems are noticed too late.
Bring production, hazards, supply, confirmed orders, CRM opportunities and logistics into related views with traceable sources.
Include reviewed KCI and KAV information alongside task cover, learning progress and lessons moving towards verified capability.
The proposed agent checks agreed feeds, flags stale data, summarises exceptions and suggests actions for accountable managers to review.
Changing pressures, available capability, competent cover, KCI evidence, KAV priorities and progress from lessons to verified practice.
Production, quality, hazards, maintenance, material availability and supplier exceptions connected to the orders they affect.
CRM opportunities, confirmed commitments, dispatch and delivery risks viewed together, while keeping possible sales distinct from committed demand.

The proposed agent regularly checks authorised sources, compares incoming information with agreed conditions and highlights changes that deserve attention. It can prepare shift summaries, connect related exceptions and propose follow-up for named owners.
Updates depend on the integration. An API may support frequent refresh; a manually supplied spreadsheet updates when it is received. Missing or stale feeds must remain visible.
Managers can inspect the source, timestamp and reasoning behind an alert. Measured facts, calculations and AI interpretations remain distinguishable. Technical owners approve methods and competence; accountable managers approve consequential changes.
The current prototype uses illustrative data. Continuous monitoring, prediction and learning workflows are proposed capabilities to define and verify in a client pilot. Entering initial settings alone does not connect the app to factory systems.
Potential inputs include production and downtime; quality and hazard logs; maintenance; people and competence; approved knowledge and learning evidence; ERP orders, stock and suppliers; CRM; and logistics. Human observations add context that existing systems may miss.
Discovery establishes source owners, authorised access, shared identifiers, data quality, refresh intervals and the first decisions the pilot should support. Forecasts need suitable historical evidence and checks against actual outcomes.
A late shipment may threaten several confirmed orders. The proposed platform links the material exception to affected production and customer commitments, then helps managers review alternatives, ownership and timing.
After the issue, the learning workflow asks what changed: Was an alternative approved? Did escalation work? Is the response documented, practised and available to the next shift? An alert becomes useful organisational learning when the follow-through is completed.

Discovery for one site of around 100 employees; three candidate data sources, three management views and a defined pilot brief.
What you receive
Production build, AI usage, hosting and support priced after discovery.
Your input: A management sponsor, IT/data owners and authorised access to sample exports or source documentation.
Screens show illustrative data and earlier interface branding. Continuous updates require working integrations; consequential decisions remain human-approved.
Indicative starting fee for the stated scope, normally one site of around 100 employees. VAT where applicable, expenses, licences and separately scoped technical work are additional unless agreed. Final scope and fee are confirmed before work begins.
Agree pilot measures such as source freshness, exception review time and traceability of actions to outcomes.
