Privacy notice
How Evolve Cybernetics handles information from this website and business enquiries.
Updated 22 October 2026
Who to contact
Evolve Cybernetics is the consultancy led by Milan Kovacic. For enquiries and privacy questions, email info@evolve-cybernetics.com.
Information you choose to provide
An email enquiry may include your name, business or organisation, email address and the details you choose to share. Please include information relevant to the enquiry and avoid sending confidential operational material before appropriate arrangements have been agreed.
How this website works
The enquiry form prepares an email draft in your email app. Its fields are not submitted to a website form service. You choose whether to send the email. A downloaded enquiry copy is saved on your own device.
The readiness questionnaire calculates an indicative result in your browser. Its answers are held in page memory and are not submitted to Evolve or saved by the website. We do not use the questionnaire to make decisions about individuals.
No advertising cookies or analytics tools have been added. The hosting provider may process access information such as IP addresses, requested pages and browser details to deliver and secure the website.
Why information is used
Enquiry information is used to respond, discuss services or partnerships, and manage related business communications. These activities support our legitimate interests in operating the consultancy and responding to people who contact us. Where you request steps towards a contract, relevant information may also be used for those steps.
Providers and sharing
Website hosting and email providers process information needed to operate their services. Our selected providers are Namecheap Private Email for business email and Netlify for website hosting. These providers may use infrastructure outside the UK; their privacy information describes their services and processing arrangements: Namecheap privacy policy and Netlify privacy statement.
General enquiries do not authorise the sharing or licensing of client knowledge or industrial material. Any industrial-data programme requires separate, specific agreements.
How long information is kept
Enquiry correspondence is kept for as long as needed to answer the enquiry, manage an ongoing discussion or business relationship, and meet any associated record-keeping obligations. Unneeded information should be removed when those purposes no longer apply.
Your choices and rights
You can contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal information, where the relevant right applies. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests. Please use the contact email above so your request can be considered.
If you have a concern, you may also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
