A factory that learns.
With the support to keep it working.
Learning as a Service, or LaaS, provides a managed route to introduce and operate the Factory Learning System. Evolve Cybernetics can coordinate learning, develop approved resources and support the Evolve Knowledge Vault through an agreed programme.
Start with a scoped pilot. We agree the operational boundary, evidence requirements, responsibilities and fee before work begins. The methodology is being developed and refined through pilot delivery.
You provide the operation.
We help organise the learning.
An outsourced Factory Learning Coordinator can work alongside your shift managers, technical specialists and Knowledge Asset Owners.
The arrangement gives learning a responsible coordinator and agreed delivery capacity while the client retains control of its operation, technical decisions and confidential knowledge.
The first programme starts with the requirements: which employees need which knowledge, what learning space and time can be made available, what technology is appropriate and who validates the material.
Coordination, content development, technology administration and progress review are then brought together within a defined scope.
Keep the learning cycle moving.
Plan, facilitate and follow through
The coordinator works with management to schedule learning, organise practical sessions, follow up missed activities and keep progress visible. They gather requests for useful materials and capture experience that needs technical review.
Maintain the knowledge environment
The role can administer approved materials, organise review requests, coordinate technology and maintain records and agreed backups. Changes to technical knowledge are referred to the responsible managers and Knowledge Asset Owners for approval.
Coordination supports the client’s technical owners. Approval of operational methods and competence requirements remains with the people responsible for them.
Combine people, content
and suitable technology.
An agreed programme can include Factory Learning System implementation, Vault setup and administration, knowledge capture, customised learning materials, scheduled employee development and competence records. Progress reporting connects the learning activity with relevant operational priorities.
Simulation, virtual reality, specialist learning equipment and rental arrangements can be explored when the task justifies them. These elements are subject to feasibility, availability, qualified specialist support and a separate delivery scope.
The client provides suitable space, workforce cooperation, authorised access and the infrastructure agreed for its information requirements. Evolve supplies the agreed coordination, methodology and learning-development support.
Outsourced, internal
or a combination.
Continue with managed support
Retain agreed Evolve coordination and specialist delivery, reviewing priorities and capacity as the factory changes.
Build your internal capability
Develop an internal Factory Learning Coordinator, with Evolve continuing to support selected content, technology, methodology or reviews. A hybrid arrangement can grow around the client’s capability.
There is no standard staffing promise or fixed subscription published at this stage. Pilot engagements establish the work required, the practical delivery model and the appropriate commercial scope.
Protected information.
Clear responsibilities.
Knowledge protection is designed into the service. The client controls its confidential operational material and agrees how it can be accessed, maintained and used. Learning-service fees do not grant permission for unrelated research or external model training.
Protecting client knowledge is part of the system.
Client documents, proprietary procedures, technical settings and sensitive operational knowledge remain under the client’s ownership and control. Storage, access, backup and isolation are agreed around the organisation’s requirements.
Generic Evolve methodology, software components and independently developed learning materials remain Evolve Cybernetics intellectual property. Client-specific materials are governed by the agreement under which they are created. Research, external model training or any wider use of authorised client knowledge requires a separate, clearly defined agreement.
